Turnaround is generally a few days, but if speed is what you need, expedited service is available.

customers. Our technicians are all certified IT Professionals with up to date background checks.

We utilize a web-based ticketing system so you can monitor all of your companies open and
previous work orders and trouble tickets. The same system allows our techs to pull up all notes
from all previous visits while on site at your office, expediting the resolution of your issue.

If you can connect to the internet, our technicians can remotely control your pc to solve almost
any software problem. We harness the power of the internet with our remote support solutions.
There is no trip charge and can be billed in 1/2 hour increments to reduce cost.
