ITRegulators Inc. is seeking add a Systems Administrator to our team to help support our client-facing infrastructure. Reporting directly to the VP of Client Support Services, you will oversee complex cloud environments and provide critical on-site support.
Key Responsibilities:
- infrastructure & Cloud Administration: Manage full-lifecycle M365 and Azure environments, including the deployment and optimization of Windows Server infrastructure.
- Security & Compliance: Architect and enforce security frameworks using Microsoft Intune, MFA, and Conditional Access policies across a multi-tenant portfolio.
- Network Architecture: Design and implement robust Azure Virtual Networks (VNets) and networking strategies tailored for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint integration.
- Tier 3 Escalation & Field Engineering: Serve as the final point of escalation for complex system failures and lead on-site infrastructure projects at client locations.
- Optimization & Documentation: Analyze network performance to provide actionable improvements while maintaining rigorous documentation, including topology diagrams and SOPs.
- Strategy & Training: Act as a subject matter expert by staying current with emerging Azure technologies and providing technical mentorship to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of M365/Azure experience, preferably in an MSP setting.
- Azure Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing Microsoft network architectures, specifically Azure Virtual Networks (VNets) and Azure networking services.
- Core Infrastructure: Deep understanding of enterprise Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS Server.
- Collaboration Tools: Hands-on experience architecting and deploying Microsoft Teams and SharePoint solutions is required.
- Security & Analysis: Strong grasp of network security principles combined with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Soft Skills: Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear, effective communication.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Server Administrator
